• You may not share the materials or post them on a file sharing platform, as doing so violates our intellectual property rights.
• No product will be mailed.
• Due to the digital nature of this product, where materials are instantly available as printable downloads upon purchase, no refunds will be provided. 
• This program may not be used commercially in any capacity.  Single-family personal use by homeschools and use by teachers for single-classroom use on behalf of an educational organization (school) as defined by section 170(b)(1)(A)(ii) of the Internal Revenue Service is permitted, with purchase of one license per teacher and classroom. However, use on commercial online learning experiences, whether live or pre-recorded, on Outschool or other similar websites, as well as use in subscription boxes or boxed content, whether for sale or donation, and creation of derivative works, is strictly prohibited.  At no time may delivery of any portion of the program be offered for sale or made publicly available on any platform.
